2LTC-6109/8T jigger is also known as trapezoid jigger ( side -action diaphragm jigger ) , which is a large jig equipment with four separate jig beneficiation slot and each slot has independent regulation. Trapezoid Jigger’s jigging surface is trapezoid, having high recovery and processing capacity. It is widely used in a variety of metals or non-metallic minerals processing like hematite, limonite, sand gold, manganese ore, tungsten ore, tin, tantalum and niobium ore, mercury , fluorite ore, barite ore, celestite ore, and is also used to process metal smelting slag, for the recovery of alloy particles and recyclable material.
Trapezoid Jigger has eight jigging chambers, the chambers are divided into two columns with four chambers in each column. It gradually widens trapezoidal from the feeding to discharge end. The machine has large handling capacity, good adaptability and is suitable for medium and fine particles processing with effective recovery limit of 53 microns, which is widely used iron, manganese, tin and other gravity concentration plants In China. ►Working Principle:
Water flow goes into the jigging chamber through sieve plate,the particle with large density goes into the bottom and the smaller one floating on the upper.When the water flow drop,the large particle drop down through the gap between the paltes,the piston beside the jigging chamber is connected and make movement drived by eccentric link.
